About the project

SkillsXcellerate supports young people aged 18+ through entrepreneurship education, growth mindset and practical resources for independence. The source focuses on digital native youth and disadvantaged youth who need high-quality, relevant entrepreneurial resources. The public record connects this work to Youth aged 18+, especially disadvantaged youth, Youth workers and Non-formal education providers and youth organisations, where Digital learning, Entrepreneurship and Inclusion need to become understandable, motivating and practical for real learning settings.

The project also builds youth workers' pedagogical and technical skills. It trains them in entrepreneurship topics and problem-solving strategies so they can engage, motivate and mentor disadvantaged youth in non-formal settings. The activity record covers Create introductory guide and 30 best practices, Develop growth mindset and business canvas multimedia activities and Create guides on online tools and entrepreneurship problem-solving. The project developed outputs such as Structured entrepreneurship resources for non-formal settings, Multimedia growth mindset and business canvas activities and Online tools and problem-solving guides, with results presented here only where they are supported by the local source record.
