About the project
STEMbot aims to bring mathematics and science to life through an AI-supported chatbot. The source describes low STEM achievement, girls' decreasing interest in STEM and the need for practical, real-life applications as key background problems. The public record connects this work to Secondary school students, Girls and boys interested in STEM and Students with specific learning disorders or disadvantaged backgrounds, where STEM / STEAM, Digital learning and Inclusion need to become understandable, motivating and practical for real learning settings.
The chatbot provides access to science experiment videos, lesson explanations and FAQs. It is designed to be accessible from school or home and to support more personalised, self-empowered and inclusive STEM learning, including learners with specific learning disorders.
