About the project
The Superhero Lab gives young children aged 4 to 6 opportunities to explore sustainability through age-appropriate scientific experiments. The project also equips kindergarten teachers with skills to lead such experiments effectively. The project links sustainability education, STEM and international teacher collaboration. It aims to create practical learning packs and professional development opportunities for educators working with young children. The activity record covers Collect existing practices through action research, Create multilingual Superhero Lab learning pack and Develop 15 hands-on experiments, handbook, tutorials and blended training. The project is developing outputs such as Comprehensive learning material pack, 15 hands-on experiments and Teacher handbook and video tutorials, with results presented here only where they are supported by the local source record.
